LOUIS & LOULOU

Hi, I’m Louis.

I work in sourcing and trade, and I’m curious about where AI can genuinely help.

Understanding requirements, finding suppliers, organizing quotes and preparing client proposals are part of my everyday work. LouLou is the name I give my AI collaborators. Here I document the work, the decisions, the corrections and the questions that remain.

WHERE I WORK

Two working worlds.
One evolving method.

This is my personal practice journal, not a joint publication or endorsement by either company.

01 / PRODUCT & BRANDS

Product&Brands

Product development · Sourcing · Global supply chain

I work across product and sourcing projects: breaking down requirements, researching products and suppliers, requesting factory quotations, checking company background and trade signals, comparing quotes and preparing client presentations—while preserving the evidence behind decisions.

02 / PICKLETILE

PICKLETILE

Court systems · Factory coordination · Delivery records

I help coordinate factories for court-related products and engineered materials: reviewing drawings and specifications, confirming production and packing details, tracking shipping documents, and preparing important changes for team review and handoff.

STARTING WITH REAL WORK

More than
a polished answer.

A reference opens but does not support the specification. A spreadsheet has a price but no terms. A project changes hands, and someone has to ask again why a supplier was selected—or passed over.

These recurring problems led me to organize supplier records, business relationships and working rules. I want evidence, decisions and experience to remain useful, so the next task has a better starting point.

THREE THINGS I CARE ABOUT

  • 01
    Traceable evidence

Keep sources beside conclusions. Leave questions open when evidence is missing.

  • 02
    Explainable decisions

Record why an option was kept or rejected, and under which conditions.

  • 03
    Reusable experience

Retain versions, changes and reviews so the next task does not depend on guesswork.

ONE NAME, TWO MEANINGS

LouLou + Louis.
LouLou is AI.

LouLouis.ai brings together my name, Louis, and LouLou. It also reads as “LouLou is AI.” To me, the name is less about one tool and more about an ongoing way of working together.

I like the architecture and inventive spirit of Piltover in Arcane. That is why this little site has a touch of brass, blue crystals and a sunlit workshop. Technology can invite imagination; conclusions at work still need evidence.

This is an independent personal site, with no affiliation with or endorsement by Arcane or its rights holders.

STILL EXPLORING

Practice. Document.
Keep questioning.

I will keep sharing new cases, prompts to try, and what I learn from supplier databases and business knowledge models. Over time, I hope these experiences can become methods and products useful to more people in trade. For now, I’m focused on doing the work and explaining it clearly.

SAY HELLO

If this resonates, say hello.

If you work in sourcing or trade, or are exploring how AI fits into real work, I’d be glad to exchange ideas and experiences.

A description of the question is enough—no client records or sensitive information needed.
